Users¶
Users > Users allows you to view and manage users that have activated products with the account’s teams.
Category > Users with seats shows the following information for every user:
User email: The user’s email address.
Team: The team that the user activated with.
Products: The products currently being used by the user.
Last active: The most recent time the user was active with an activated product.
⋮: The team’s context menu:
Click Delete to delete the user.
Click Block to block the user.
Administrators¶
Users > Administrators allows you to view and manage administrators added to your account.
Invite an administrator¶
Under Users > Administrators, click Add administrator.
Enter the email and role of the administrator.
Click Send invite to send an email invitation to the email address entered. To activate their Rebel Licenses account, the new administrator must click the invitation link in the email.
Note
View only administrators are unable to make any changes to your account. They can only view licenses, users, administrators, and analytics.
Change an administrator’s role¶
To change access permissions for an administrator, you can change their role.
Under Users > Administrators, next to the administrator, click ⋮ > Change role.
From the dropdown, select the desired role.
Click Save.
Block a user or administator¶
Next to the user or administrator, click ⋮ > Block. You will be asked to verify the action.
This will immediately restrict product access for the user or administrator. Users or administrators with offline seats can also be blocked. Any seats assigned to the offline user or administrator will be made available for use when their offline leases expire.
Unblock a user or administrator¶
Next to the blocked user or administrator, click ⋮ > Unblock.
